What You’ll Bring:

•  10+ years’ experience in technical sales, including leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
•  Proven track record of building and delivering a sustainable £5M–£10M+ sales pipeline and achieving revenue growth.
•  Strong experience in CRM/ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP) and managing structured sales processes and forecasting.
•  Demonstrated success in consultative selling, solving complex customer challenges through innovative solutions.

•  25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
•  Holiday buy and sell scheme
•  Private health insurance
•  Pension contribution
•  Employee referral scheme
•  Electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme
