Location: Home based with regular requirement to travel to client locations
Salary: £43,000 – £50,000 per annum, DOE + Excellent Benefits!

A Day in the Life and the Impact You’ll Make:

As a Special Projects Manager, no two days are the same.

You'll work closely with leading automotive brands to design, deliver and continuously improve coaching and performance programmes that drive measurable business results.

From facilitating engaging coaching sessions and building impactful training content to analysing performance data and advising key stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in helping individuals and organisations achieve their full potential.

Your expertise will directly influence customer experience, employee performance and commercial success, making a lasting impact for both DEKRA and its clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, develop and deliver engaging coaching and performance improvement programmes for automotive and corporate clients.
  • Facilitate face-to-face coaching sessions that drive behavioural change, improved performance and enhanced customer experience.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, objectives and client expectations are consistently achieved.
  • Analyse, measure and communicate programme effectiveness through data, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build strong client relationships while acting as a trusted advisor and ambassador for both DEKRA and its partner brands.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in coaching, training, learning and development, or performance improvement roles.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing projects and stakeholder expectations within fast-paced environments.
  • The ability to create engaging learning content and deliver impactful coaching interventions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring programme success and driving continuous improvement.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and sustained performance improvements.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience within the automotive sector.
  • Knowledge and practical application of GROW, SMART objectives and coaching frameworks.
  • Change management, project management or other relevant professional qualifications.
  • Experience working with recognised brands and complex client programmes.
  • Understanding of performance metrics, KPI improvement strategies and customer experience initiatives.
