We’re looking for a Renewables Compliance Administrator to join our growing Renewables team.

You don’t need years of experience or previous knowledge of the solar industry. What’s more important to us is that you’re bright, reliable, organised and keen to learn.

You’ll receive hands-on experience within the renewable construction and solar PV industry, learning how projects progress from the office through to installation and completion.

As your knowledge and confidence grow, so will your responsibilities, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start building a long-term career in renewables.

What will you be doing?

Working alongside our experienced Renewables team, you’ll help keep multiple renewable energy projects organised and moving forward.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Helping to check and organise renewable energy compliance documents
• Uploading and maintaining project information on our internal systems
• Supporting DNO applications and other compliance submissions
• Helping coordinate materials and equipment for projects
• Assisting with guarantees, invoices and general project administration
• Keeping project trackers and records accurate and up to date
• Speaking with site teams to collect information and documentation
• Monitoring the progress of live jobs and highlighting any issues
• Supporting the wider Renewables team with day-to-day project coordination
• Learning renewable energy compliance processes and gradually taking on more responsibility

Who are we looking for?

You may be a recent college or sixth-form leaver, or perhaps you’ve had your first job and are now looking for an opportunity with better long-term career prospects.

You don't need previous renewable energy experience.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have a full UK Driving license
• Have at least 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths at grade 4 or above
• Have good attention to detail
• Are naturally organised and can manage your time well
• Are comfortable using computers, spreadsheets and documents
• Communicate confidently and professionally
• Can prioritise your workload and meet deadlines
• Are reliable and take pride in doing a job properly
• Have a positive attitude and aren't afraid to ask questions
• Are proactive and willing to get involved
• Enjoy being part of a team
• Are genuinely interested in developing a career in renewable energy, solar PV or construction

Previous work experience is helpful, but that could come from a part-time job, work placement, apprenticeship or volunteering. We’re much more interested in your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
