Location: Hereford, HR4 7PU
Salary: Competitive, DOE + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Full Time, Permanent (45 hours per week)

Right now, we’re looking for someone practical, motivated and hands-on to join our production team and help build the timber frame panels that form the backbone of our iconic builds.

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our panel production team, your role will include:
- Interpreting drawings and specifications to produce accurate timber panels
- Cutting, preparing and assembling softwood components
- Using hand tools and power tools with precision
- Working alongside experienced colleagues to complete bespoke projects
- Keeping your workspace safe, tidy and organised
- Adapting to changing priorities within a busy production environment
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be a master carpenter but you do need practical ability, a good attitude and a willingness to learn.
We’d welcome candidates who have:
- Experience in carpentry, joinery, timber framing or similar hands-on roles
- Confidence using workshop tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and safe manual-handling habits
- A proactive, reliable and positive approach
